Why does everyone in Chaos Fighters speaks English?
Since that the answer is partly from the yet to be written Chaos Fighters II prequel for NaNoWriMo 2011, I have to skip that part. However, 100 years after that, humans gained ability to travel beyond the solar system for extended periods of time and made exploration which caused the Earth people to meet with extraterrestrials. Having difficulty to communicate, they used large amounts of drawn pictures and animations. Then, the extraterrestrials and Earth people had cultural exchanges where 10 people in each planet were sent to other planets as a form of unofficial diplomacy. English was spread out that way as the extraterrestrials found out that English is very easy to learn and use. This leads to English used in most planets to the extent that their original languages were kept as "permanent storage". But the official implementation of English as the universe's language does not happen until the formation of Intergalatic Federation 100 years after that, which is the idea of Earth. The idea, however cropped up 10 years earlier from Earth.
But why Tuelo from Chaos Fighters: Chemical Warriors-RAKSA can speak in Malay and in Terengganu accent to boot?
He was an exchange student who had his degree studies at Univerisiti Malaysia Terengganu. Related to that, Muranyl Kizrai's Kelantan accented Malay would be explained in the aforementioned prequel. Also, they met during his studies there.
